In this post I’ll share performance f or JavaScript maps.JavaScript library for displaying map data in most modern web browsers ,with no server-side dependencies.you can building rich web-based geographic applications

1. Flash and Javascript Interactive DIY Map

DIY Map is pressed, zooming map written in Flash and color data from external text files. The external data file makes it easy to adapt and update state colors, add points, and use the same flash file, in some cases in the same web page with different data sets. You can have a world map, U.S. map or a map of Asia, etc. This is for personal, educational and government institutions free of charge.

2. ZebraMap Customizable Time Zone Map

ZebraMap Time Zone Map is a free, customizable cards that can be used independently or as part of a blog or website. You can choose one of the twenty color schemes, add locations and position on the labels. Site comes from ads on the bottom. To delete messages on your card for a small fee to do so.

3. OpenLayers Open Source JavaScript Dynamic Map

OpenLayers makes it easy to put dynamic map in any web page. It can download maps and markers tiles from any source. MetaCarta developed the initial version of OpenLayers and gave it to the public, in order to promote the use of geographic information of all kinds.

OpenLayers is a pure JavaScript library for displaying map data in most modern browsers, without any dependencies on the server side. OpenLayers implements a JavaScript API to create rich Web applications, geographic, like Google Maps and MSN Virtual Earth API, with one important difference – OpenLayers free software developed and open source software.

In a separate tool OpenLayers map map data, so it is assumed that all the tools that run on all data sources.
